Solution - Create a NEW Football account, this time using the SAME email address that you used when you registered on the old MyFootballClub system. You will then be able to claim your registration history
If you do not know which email address you used in the old MyFootballClub system - please contact the playfootball support desk on playfootball.support@ffa.com.au
Subject - email address used for MyFootballClub registration?
Body of email: Please include your first name, last name, Date of Birth, Club last played at, FFA number (if known) and advise you will like the support centre to advise you which email address you used for your last registration in the old MyFootballClub registration system
Detailed registration instructions below
1. Commence registration process via https://www.playfootball.com.au/register
2. Click on "Where can i play" find the club you wish to register to

3. Click button Start my registration => Then "Get Started" button
4. You will be presented with the football account login screen
Scroll down and enter in all required details to Create a football account (email address used here should be the one you used for MyFootbalClub registration) if possible - Click Register

5. Once you have logged in with your football account, you will be prompted to select who you are registering - select "I am registering myself" and click Continue

Select your gender and click continue
The system will now do a search for any existing registration record from the old MyFootballClub registration system

If you are immediately presented with the "Product select screen" as per below ..
This means the new Playfootball registration system did NOT find any existing registration record from the old MyFootballClub registration system under the email address you provided when creating your football account

Options now:
If this is your FIRST registration to football
You will have no existing registration history in the old MyFootballClub registration system .. select the product you wish to register to and please continue with the registration process
If you HAVE registered to football in the past (in the old MyFootballClub registration system)
1. Close the current open "Product Select" Screen
2. Browse to https://www.playfootball.com.au/register
3. On the top right hand corner of the screen click on your profile name \ then click Sign Out

4. Close all other open Internet browser screens
5. Open a new Internet browser screen - Browse to https://www.playfootball.com.au/register
6. Click on "Where can i play" find the club you wish to register to
7. Click button Start my registration => Then "Get Started" button
8. You will be presented with the football account login screen
Scroll down and enter in all required details to Create a NEW football account (This time use the email address you used for MyFootbalClub registration last season) - Click Register
9. Once you have logged in with your football account, you will be prompted to select who you are registering - select "I am registering myself" and click Continue
10. If the playfootball registration system finds an existing registration record (by lookup of the same email address used in myfootballcub) you will be presented with an option to select your record and continue
11. Continue the rest of the registration process to completion
