Players - If you have received a '703' error message please contact your club directly, they will need to offer an OFFLINE payment option.
Admin - If your players are receiving a '703' error message this is because of one of the following reasons:
- Your club does NOT have an IPSI account
(no payment gateway should be set in your signup form- please select 'no gateway' and offer 'offline payments')
- Your club has closed bank account and has not updated it with FFA
(complete and submit an 'Online request form')
