If you are a club administrator wishing to track de-registrations and accept de-registrations that have been submitted by your club members, then please follow these steps.
If you wish to initiate a de-registration from the club level, please click on the link below.
Once logging in, click on "REGISTRATION" and then "De-reg Request".
Please note: this page will only show de-registration requests that have been submitted in the past 30 days.
To ensure you can review all de-registrations for this season, set the date to whenever your club started receiving registrations for the season.
Once you have set the dates, click on "Search". You can also search up individual de-registration requests using their FFA number.
You can now review all de-registrations that have been submitted at your club.
To accept a de-registration request that has been submitted by one of your club members, simply click on the pencil icon on the far right side of their de-registration request.
Once clicking on it, scroll down and tick 'Approve - 2nd level approval required' then click "Submit".
The participant's de-registration will now be sent to the association for final approval.
Declined = the association has declined the de-registration request, the player's status has reverted back to 'Active'.
Approval required = awaiting acceptance from either the player or club.
2nd lvl app req = awaiting final approval from the club's association.
Approved = the de-registration has now been finalised and the player no longer has an active registration at your club.
