1. Go to playfootball.com.au and click on 'Re-Registering to play this season?'

2. Search for the club that you are registered with

3. Click on the club4. Sign in to PlayFootball

5. Click on "My Registrations"6. All the players' registrations should now be displaying. Select the 3 dots appearing next to the club name.

 

7. To initiate the de-registration request, select “De-Registration Request” and complete the following prompts. 

 

 

 8. Once the De-Registration request is completed, you can complete a Refund Request using a similar process. In this process you will be required to select the three dots then select “Refund Request” where you will then be able to request a refund. 

 

 

 

Please note that the de-registration is a three-step process:

1. Initiate a de-registration request.

2. Club accepts the request (If this request is NOT acknowledged after 7-days it will          automatically be sent to the Association)

3. The association of the clubs approves/declines the request (2nd level approval)
