To De-Register from a club and Request for a Refund you will need to access the Players current Active Registrations. Through the ‘My Registrations’ tab. 


All the players' registrations will now be shown. By selecting the three dots in the top right corner of the active registration you will be able to action a De-Registration Request.  


To start the de-registration request, select “De-Registration Request” and complete the following prompts. 




Once the De-Registration request is completed, you can complete a Refund Request using a similar process. In this process you will be required to select the three dots then select “Refund Request” where you will then be able to request a refund. 




Once these processes are complete the De-Registration and Refund request will now be sent to the Football Club you have De-Registered from.
