After submitting your registration request to your chosen club or organisation, you may want to manage aspects of you registration

This can be done by accessing your personal Participant Portal via this link =>

Here you will be able to manage all aspects of your registration including:

  • View your current and previous football registrations
  • Edit your contact details
  • Update your photo
  • Pay for your outstanding invoices online
  • Download a copy of your invoice or receipt
  • Monitor the status of registrations
  • Cancel a registration request
  • Submit a de-registration request
  • Track the status of your ITC request (if you have a pending ITC request)
  • Manage your WWC (Working With Children) credentials¬†

How to access

1. Go to

2. Click on the "Already have an account" link and sign in with your football account username and password

3. Once signed in your 3 main Menu options are: My Details, Affiliations & Activity

Select the appropriate option that you want to manage

4. When you are finished with your participant portal activity click on your name on the top right of the screen and click on Log out
