If you are looking to access your Participant Portal you will need your Football Account login details, please use the following steps to access your Participant portal to manage your registrations.


 

Key Notes

  • One Football Account per family*
  • Participant Portal is accessed via the Football Account
  • Participant Portal contains all your registration information (registration history, invoices, personal details etc)
  • Registrations are managed from the Participant Portal (initiating de-registrations, cancelling registrations or paying outstanding invoices)


 

Steps to Completion
 

Accessing your Participant portal:

Step 1: Log in to your Football Account

Step 2: Select 'Manage my registration' (if not visible, go to https://user.playfootball.com.au/)

Step 3: Select participant 

Step 4: Navigate within the Participant Portal to complete your action


 

Process
 

First, log into your Football Account using the link below. Make sure that you log into your Football Account using the original method that you created your account with using either your email address & password or using your social login.

Once logging into your Football account, click on "MANAGE MY REGISTRATION".  



After clicking on "MANAGE MY REGISTRATION", you will be directed to your 'Participant Portal'. Select "A" to change between linked accounts.



The Participant Portal will allow you to view/manage the following areas connected to your registration:

  • Viewing registration history- current and previous. Monitor registration status (awaiting payment, approval required, ITC status etc).
    • Cancel a registration request
    • Initiate a de-registration request
    • Acknowledge de-reg request (after your club has submitted a request)
  • FFA numbers
  • Editing personal details (excluding name and DOB- Please contact the play football support team to have these details updated
  • View /upload profile photo
  • Pay any outstanding invoices online (Visa/Mastercard) - only if your club is registered to accept online payments.  Download new/old invoices
  • Tracking ITC requests
  • Managing WWC (Working With Children) details
