Clubs can use the 'Migration' feature to rollover products and teams from the previous season. This feature enables fast and easy setup of pre-season activities. Importantly, this activity is carried out by all governing bodies before a club can begin their migration.

Note: Reg Types will not be active until the Registration Period is made active by FFA, i.e. once registration period 202x is made active, then all migrated reg types, products and teams will become available.

However, this does not stop you from starting the rollover but prevents registrations commencing before the open dates.

Below the video provides a step-by-step process on how to do so. 

Before you begin, the products/reg types from your previous registration period must be ACTIVE in order for them to be available to migrate.

First, log into your club's Play Football Admin account using the link below.

Once logging in, you want to make sure that your default season has been set to the current/upcoming season. Click on "COMPETITIONS" and then "Season Management".

Click on the year for 'Set to new season', set it to the current registration year and then click "Update". 

Now that your season has been set to the current season, click on "REGISTRATION" and then "Migration".

Choose your 'From Reg Period' and then your 'To Reg Period', then you can select the products/teams/reg types that you wish to migrate over by either double-clicking on the particular one or clicking once and then clicking on "->" icon. 

**Important: if the products you wish to migrate over are red then they are either already migrated or the reg types that they call upon have not been set up properly (see below).

Once you are satisfied with the products/teams/reg types that you have selected, then click "Migrate".

Your products/teams/reg types have now migrated over for the current season. 

You perform the same process when migrating both 'Teams' and 'Reg Types'.
