If you're an association and wish to make it compulsory for new registrants to upload a photo during the registration process for your clubs, then please follow these steps.
Once logging in, ensure "Management" is selected, click on "REGISTRATIONS" and then "Registragtion Types".
Click on the pencil (edit) icon on the Reg Type you wish to make photo uploads compulsory.
Click on "Data Entry Fields".
Click on the drop-down menu below 'Load participant photo' and click on "Mandatory" and fill in the minimum age as well, then click "Save".
Participants will now need a photo uploaded to complete their registration. You will need to perform this for each Reg Type that you want to have mandatory photo upload.
