If your club is not being found on Play Football when participants search for it, then please follow these steps.

First, log into your club's Play Football Admin account using the link below.

Once logging in, click on "ORGANISATION" and then "Organisation Details". 

Ensure that the club's contact details are up to date, these detail are what new participants to the club will see when searching for your club.

Next, make sure your club's address is entered.

**Important: please fill in your clubhouse, playing ground or office location with the latitude and longitude. If you do not do this, your club will not show up in the 'Where can I Play' page. 

To find your latitude and longitude, click on the link below.


Fill in the relevant address, and click "Find". Then, copy and paste the latitude and longitude in the above window. 

Another way to find your latitude and longitude is to go to Google Maps using the link below.

Fill in the relevant address and click the search button. Your club's latitude and longitude can be found in the URL (highlighted in red). 

Example: Latitude = -33.8771278 Longitude = 151.2105563

Finally, add in the relevant age groups and football types that your club is formating for the season. Chose the Activity Type, Gender, Age Group, Format and Match Days. 

Once filling in those details then click "Add Program" 

Once adding the programs they will appear under 'Programs' which can be edited and deleted in future. Once you have added in all programs that are going ahead for the season, please click "Save". 

Once clicking "Save" you will need to wait until the next day for the changes to be reflected on Play Football.
