2. Click on "Switch Organisation"

3. Type the name of the club the participant wishes to de-register from

4. Click on "Switch Organisation"

7. Click on the 3 Dots on the appropriate product

8. Click on "View Details"

9. Check the box next to the appropriate particpant(s)

10. Click on "De-Registration Request"

11. Click on "Select reason for request"

12. Select the appropriate reason

13. Type any appropriate notes or comments

14. Click on "Submit Request"
