6. Payment options (Ability to edit Payment options & Fee for your level only)


7. Terms & Conditions (Ability to add/remove T&C's)


8. Additional Questions


9. Click on "Add Question"

10. Add or remove the desired additional questions


12. Review all the registration type details 


13. After confirming all the details are correct, select 'Submit'.


14. Once submitted your changes will need to be approved by your Parent Organisation
