Note: This is relevant for the primary participant on the account.
1. Go to playfootball.com.au. Sign in to your Football Network account
Once you sign in, your name will appear in the top-right hand corner. Please hover over your name and select, 'My Account' again.
2. Select 'Manage My Registrations'
3. Sign in to PlayFootball
Please note: if you have created your account using Google, you must select 'Sign in with Google'
4. Click on "Profile"
5. Click on "Supporting Documents
6. Click on "Add New WWCC"
7. Click on "Select a state"
8. Click on "Type of Check"
9. Enter the Card Number and Issue/Expiry Dates
10. Click on "Upload a Working with Children Check Document"
11. Choose a Document or Image from your File
12. Click on "Upload file"
13. Click on "Add Working with Children Check"
14. Once the WWCC has been updated, you will see the following pop up
If you receive the following error, please remove any pending requests by selecting the 'three dots' before adding a new WWCC
