# Sign in to PlayFootball as an Administrator
ℹ️ If you are an admin of a Member Federation or Association, ensure that you switch to the clubs level
1. Click on Registration Products
2. Search for the product of the participant that you are wanting to view the refund status of
3. Click on the 3 dots next to the desired product
4. Click on View Details
5. Search for the participant that you want to view the refund status of
6. Click on Reg types
You should be able to see that the payment status of the participant is "Refund Requested"
7. Click on more
8. Click on View Refund Status
9. Here you will be able to see the refund status
⛔️ Declined = The organisation does not want their portion of the fee refunded
✅ Approved = The organisation agrees to refund their portion back to the participant
⚠️ Requested = The organisation has not actioned their refund ticket. This will need to be completed by the club admin in order for the participant to have their refund processed
