If you are receiving the below error message,

“We could not find a coach or referee registration connected to your Football Account. Please click the sign up link below to register in PlayFootball.” 

or) initiating a password reset sequence and finding no email being sent through, it is because you do not have an active account on the etrainu Learning Centre.

In summary, you will need an active coaching or referee registration on PlayFootball to be onboarded onto the Learning Centre by completing the steps below.

How To Create a Learning Centre Account

1. Navigate to the etrainu Learning Centre HERE

2. Select ’Don’t have an account? Sign Up’

3. To start a new registration select 'Coaches, Referees & Volunteers' 
4. If you do not have an affiliated organisation (club/branch/association) to register to, start typing ’Learner’ in the search bar and select your state

5. Sign in to PlayFootball, or 'Don't have an account yet?' to create a new PlayFootball account

Please note that a PlayFootball account, and etrainu account require separate log-ins.

6. Select 'Details' for the relevant registration product (e.g Learner Coach or Learner Referee)

7. Select 'Register'

8. Continue with all registration steps. Once your registration has been submitted successfully, you should receive the below message and select 'Finish Registration'

PLEASE NOTE: The registration should be automatically approved within 48 hours of completion. If you do not receive an onboarding email, please reach out to learningcentre@footballaustralia.com.au
