Administrator
The Administrator role provides full access to all PlayFootball administrative features. This role is intended for users who are responsible for the overall management and operation of the club.
Administrators can:
- Access and manage the entire club profile
- Create, edit, and manage products
- Approve and manage registrations
- Access and generate all reports
- View and manage participant accounts
- Invite new users to the organisation and update admin roles
- Update club details
- Submit subsidised payments
- Create and edit vouchers
- Approve or reject refunds
Operational User
The Operational User role is designed for admins who assist with registrations from time to time, but do not require full administrative access.
Operational Users can:
- View products
- View registrations
- Generate and view reports
Operational Users cannot:
- View participant accounts
- Edit details on the club page
- Invite users to the organisation or update admin roles
- Create or edit products
- Submit subsidised payments
- Create or edit vouchers
- Merge FFA numbers
- Approve or reject refunds
ReadOnly User
The ReadOnly User role is intended for admins who only need visibility into club reports.
ReadOnly Users can:
- View club and organisation information
- Generate and view reports
ReadOnly Users cannot:
- Make any changes to the club or organisation
- Create, edit, approve, or decline any items
- Perform administrative or operational actions
