Overview:
If you wish to register to a non-playing role (such as coach or referee) and will be working directly with children under the age of 18 you will be prompted for your Working With Children details during the registration sign up process.
Such roles that could receive the WWC prompt include:
- Coach
- Manager
- Volunteer
- Referee
If you DO already have a current WWC:
Please have your WWC information handy to enter these details during the registration process
This includes the WWC accreditation number, expiry date and type of WWC (Volunteer or Paid)

If you do NOT currently have a WWC:
Select 'No' to the Question: "Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Accreditation?"
And answer the remaining WWC questions accordingly to your situation in relation to WWC
Hit Continue - You can submit your registration even if you answer No to having a WWC Accreditation
It is up the organisation you are registering to determine if they approve your registration based on the WWC responses you have supplied
If you are under the age that requires a WWC in your state (generally under 18)
Select 'No' to the Question: "Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Accreditation?"
Select 'No' to the Question: "Do you have a WWC Accreditation exemption"
Enter in any supporting text as to why you believe you do not need a WWC
Hit Continue - You can submit your registration even if you answer No to the above questions.
It is up the organisation you are registering to determine if they approve your registration based on the WWC responses you have supplied
