If you receive a "Code 0 Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred" error message when trying to edit a sign up form for your club, please follow the below steps to resolve:
Scenario:
Club Registrar trying to edit a sign up form
You receive a "Code 0 Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred" error message
Reason for error:
Resolution:
Remove the Inactive team group from the "Team Groups" section of the sign up form
Steps for Resolution:
1) Click on Teams \ Team Groups
Click the Pencil icon to Edit the inactive team that may be linked to the sign up form in question that you cannot edit and get the code 0 error for
2) Tick the status box to make the team Active, then click Save
** Note - This is a temporary measure only, to allow you to access and edit the affected sign up form and remove this team from the associated team selections (you will re-disable this team group in later steps)
3) Try and edit the sign up form in question that is returning the Code 0 error .. if:
a - You still get the same code 0 error, then the team group you have made active is not the team group causing the issue with this sign up form. Repeat step 2 to de-activate that team group again (untick status box). Now try activate different team group(s) - then try edit the signup form again. once you can edit the sign up form proceed to step 4
b - You are able to now edit the sign up form without error, proceed with the below steps
4) Scroll down to the bottom of the sign up form
Under Team Select Settings - Team Groups - click on the drop down menu and deselect the team group that was originally made inactive \ Click Save
5) Return to the Teams \ Team Groups menu \ edit the team group that needs to be disabled again
Untick the status box \ click Save
You should now be able to edit the sign up form in question without getting the Code 0 error message
