1. Select 'Registration Products'


*You may also pay for a subsidised registration through the 'All registrations' tab and by following step 5 and onwards. 


Click on Registration Products


2. Select the three dots on the desired product 


Find the product that the intended participant is in and click on the three dots


3. Select 'View Details' 


Click on View Details

ℹ️ If a participant has submitted a registration and selected 'subsidised payment', it will appear as 'In Draft - Awaiting Payment'

4. Select the three dots to the right of the participant's details


Click on the three dots next to an individual that you would like to pay for


5. Select 'Pay on behalf of participant'


Click on Pay on behalf of participant


6. Enter card details and select 'Verify Card'


Enter in the card details that you will be paying for the transaction with


*As you (the club/association) are paying on behalf of the participant, you will not pay the club fee and will only pay the regulation fees:


NOTE Because you are paying for the individual as the club, you will not have to pay for you club fee. It will be struck out. You are only paying for the regulation fees above


7. Select 'Submit'


*The registration status will then change from 'In Draft - Awaiting Payment' to 'Awaiting Approval'.
