1. Fixed a bug where the payment status remain as 'Unpaid' where the Admin try to individually pay on behalf when the total fee is $0
- The issue still remains if an admin attempts to bulk subsidise these registrations
- If an admin attempts to discount the fees with vouchers the status will not update to paid. A fix for this will be released later in the week.
