If you are looking to change clubs or simply not wishing to play anymore, please use the following steps to perform a de-registration.
Include important notes about the support article i.e payment options provided set by the club etc
- The de-registration process may take a minimum of 7-days to be cleared.
- If you have an active registration, you will need to perform a de-registration.
- If you are transferring to another club, you must wait for the de-registration to be finalised. The system will not allow you to re-register until this occurs. If you attempt to re-register before the de-registration has been completed you will receive an error message informing you that you are not able to register. You will know that it has been finalised as an email will be sent confirming the completion of the de-registration.
PLEASE NOTE, Play Football do not issue the refunds! You must first contact your club to see whether you are eligible for one.
If in the event that you need to cancel/de-register your soccer registration from your club and wish to receive a refund for the monies paid, then please follow these steps.
Steps to Completion
Step 1: Cancel/De-Register from the club you are currently registered at.

Step 2: Once confirmed that your registration has been cancelled/de-registered then contact your club directly to see if you are eligible to receive a refund.
