a) New Referee/Coach

If you were a interested in starting your referee or coaching training, you will need to gain access to the etrainu Learning Centre. To access this platform, you will need an active registration on PlayFootball by following the steps outlined in the support article below.

b) Returning Referee/Coach

If you have already completed training as a coach or referee and were having difficulty signing in to your account, please refer to the sign-in variation breakdown below to find the most suitable option.


Sign-in Variations:


1. 'Learner (Football Account)' 

Recommended if there is only one primary participant on your PlayFootball account



2. 'Learner (Learning Centre Account)'

Recommended method if there are any linked participants to your PlayFootball account 


Please note that the username component of this is not your email (eg. fa.29382993)



Troubleshooting Common Errors

a) "We could not find a coach or referee registration connected to your Football Account. "

This error occurs when a participant has no previous coach or referee's registration on PlayFootball.

b) “We detected multiple coach or referee registrations connected to your Football Account. As a result, we are not able to log you in with that account”

(This error occurs when a participant has multiple accounts/registrations linked to their profile or email address.)
